Priyanka Chopra wants to work with Vijay-AR Murugadoss

It was reported that Priyanka Chopra, who made her acting debut with Thamizan before creating a niche for herself in the Bollywood, would make her come back with Vijay's next movie Thupaki to be directed by AR Murugadoss. However, the former Miss World has denied that she was offered the role but claims that the actress wants to work with the Kaavalan star and the Ghajini director.

The actress, who was recently spotted shooting her forthcoming Anurag Basu"s Burfee in Pollachi where the 29-year-old gave her first shot for Thamizan, said that she is a big fan of Vijay. Priyanka Chopra wants to act with him again. And also the she wishes to work under AR Murgadoss but they have not offered Thupaki. However, Priyanka assures that the actress could sign any other Tamil project if any impressive script comes her way.

Meanwhile, AR Murgaodoss has signed Kajal Aggarwal to play the role, which was reportedly offered to Priyanka Chopra. The forthcoming Tamil movie, which is being made with the budget of Rs 65 crore, is produced by Kalaipuli S Dhanu.

Kajal Aggarwal gushes about Vijay's Thupaki

Kajal Aggarwal is considering herself lucky for bagging Vijay-AR Murugadoss' prestigious project Thupaki. The actress, who is also starring in KV Anand's Maatraan alongside Surya, believes that the role in her forthcoming movie perfectly fits her real-life character.

Speaking to a leading daily, Kajal Aggarwal said that she always wanted to work with AR Murugadoss and Vijay. With Thupaki, her long-time wish is coming true. The exciting part of the story is that she is performing the role similar to her real life nature – happy-go-lucky attitude.

Kajal Aggarwal started shooting of Thupaki last Friday (December 2) in Mumbai. The forthcoming Tamil movie is produced by Kalaipuli S Dhanu and it is expected to release in April 2012.
